I present to your attention mod “Meteor Shower”.
This is a very small mod that adds the event “Meteor Shower”.
I really liked how the “Vanilla Events Expanded” mod expanded the meteor shower event. In VEE, a meteor shower brings several types of resources to the map. This is a very cool event, but I found it to be very simplistic, and real meteorites are more likely to be made up of one material rather than several.
So I wrote my own version. Here the meteor splits into several larger pieces and many smaller ones. The large pieces fall next to each other, and many small pieces all over the map.
