NJ AI Rescue Service (Unofficial Update)

Original addon by MrNJersey. Additional credit to TheUKShadow for their Thunderbird 2 addon, which I used as a reference when implementing the checks in spawning the rescue vehicles. The changes are as follow: General - There are now additional checks for calling in vehicles (whether a suitable location was found, current balance, and spawn success). There are appropriate messages for each case. - Spawning in general is now more reliable. - For some reason, the server.getOceanTransform() function seems to only work with a max range of 2485 meters. You start to get issues at some lower max range, but I don't remember where that is. Boat - The boat now has fresh air intake and an interior barometer. This saves the passengers inside from dying from low pressure. - The boat's paint job got a little touch up. - The boat's obstacle avoidance will kick in anytime it gets too close to terrain. (It may still crash into skinny things, such as bridge supports, though.) If you have any ideas/suggestions, let me know! ^^ "things i want to do at some point" list: - Make spawning the vehicles upon calling for rescue more reliable - Make the boat's obstacle avoidance (during autopilot) more reliable - Add additional types of vehicles (such as refueling) - Make the instruments in the helicopter functional (in terms of display) (P.S. I'll likely maintain this as long as I continue to play Stormworks and come across breaking changes. No promises.)
