Coast Guard Speedboat (USCG) (Faster)
A fairly survival friendly speedboat heavily inspired by U.S. Coast Guard Interceptor Speed Boats
Same as other version, but with some more powerful engines, the extra power leads to some weird performance sometimes, so I separated them into two different posts.
