Speeds up the process of making mechs
Its about a 15x times speed increase in the gestation of the mechs compared to vanilla.
Just made this cause its just so slow to make a mech army without spending a decade just watching a bar fill up.
If 15x times speed its too much you can tone it down with this x3 version.
