This vehicle is a tiltrotor aircraft with twin jet engines that sit close to the hull, inspired by the V-22 Osprey.
It has both VTOL and flight modes and can travel at speeds reaching 400 km/h. It has switchable stabilizing systems in both modes (but I'm not a good programmer, so they don't always work the best).
It can also take off from the ocean provided that the jet engines are repaired and the intakes are facing out the water.
