AV-12 'Hammer' SPG Artillery casemate
The AV-12 is a compact self-propelled artillery gun intended for long range and indirect fire.
This vehicle is intended to be primarily engaged in supporting roles such as breaking down enemy defences or defending key choke points on the battlefield.

[*] [b]Driving:[/b]
To start the engine, simply turn the ignition switch on, and set the throttle to 100%, you may use this throttle slider to control the RPS of the engine for more efficient cruising or idle RPM when stationary.
Use the W&S keys to accelerate and brake, and the A&D Keys to turn, turning while not holding W will automatically engage brakes as to turn on the spot, whereas turning while holding W will only turn with clutches for wider more precise turning on the move.
All other relevant controls are described on the seat tooltip.
[*] [b]Firing:[/b]
This vehicle is equipped with a rudimentary ballistic calculator for estimating the range of the enemy. this does not take into account terrain or wind, so it may be less accurate and require adjusting depending on the weather conditions. please control the gun from the control handle to the left of the gun.
Firing Setup:
1) Set a waypoint on the map to mark the target.
2) Paste the waypoint coordinates into the gunners keypad, this will display the required azimuth and range of the gun.
3) Ensure the vehicle is facing the target and the firing brake key is enabled (Found next to gunner handle)
4) Align the gun azimuth gauge with the Target Azimuth gauge using A&D, and adjust the gun elevation using W&S to match the current range dial with the Distance to target dial. Alternatively, you may press 2 to enable the automatic firing system, this will automatically match the azimuth and range of the gun, Press 3 to switch between direct and indirect fire modes. [NOTE BEYOND 6.6KM DIRECT FIRE WILL ONLY BE CAPABLE OF HITTING TARGET]
5) Pressing Space will open/close the breech and also fire the gun, after firing I recommend waiting for you or a spotter to note the accuracy of the shot to give corrections to zero-in on the target, for this reason firing on static targets over dynamic targets is recommended.

This vehicle is equipped with a standard hitch on the rear, it can be disconnected using the key on the exterior rear.
