Serpentine Industries #2 Well Tank "Typhoon"
Dedicated to "Jerry" Thomas. Who passed away during the making of Typhoon. Rest in peace grandpa.
Not much is known about Typhoon's origins aside from the fact he is the only engine of his kind and was built on Meier specifically for Serpentine Industries to work alongside Big Iron. They worked great together for many years. Until Typhoon was sold off to a rival company. Since then Serpentine Industries has been trying to locate Typhoon to buy them back but nothing has come up. They appeared to have bounced all around Meier. One can only hope they are still around.
How to Operate:
Throttle up dampener.
Find the air valve and pull it.
Find the well tank valve and pull it.
Light the fire.
Wait for steam pressure to build up.
Once steam has built up, pull the regulator and go.
To reverse, pull the lever labeled “reverse gear”.
To put on the brakes, pull down the regulator lever and increase the brakes.
