TL:DR This mod add a gene that allow your pawns to do a bunch of funny horn noises.
I've had this idea floating in my head since i first saw this mod but never got arsed to actually make it... At least until i saw this retexture of it that finally gave me the motivation to start modding...
So here it is after one afternoon of taking mods that add voice gene appart to see how it work(mostly mods by Erin and Alpha Gene) and then using Rooboid's amazing template[ko-fi.com] to finally create this mod.
Two of theses sounds are from the best clown simulator on the market : SS13 and the remaining one is from this handy dandy site[bigsoundbank.com].
Also want to create a circus themed religion to go with theses voices? I made a mod for that
