Shinshu Hikoki is a (fictional) aircraft company based out of Nagano, Japan. In WW2 they were a primary manufacturer of aircraft for the Imperial Japanese Navy and Army Air Force.
The S1RJ is a light, land based reconnaissance aircraft with a parasol monoplane layout. It was built in 1932, primarily for use in mainland Asia.

Be wary on takeoff, the prop torque can make it difficult at times.
