Vanilla Rimworld sets about 25% of eligible pawns to be Backer Pawns. This mod lets you control that frequency from 0% to 100%. By default it is 0%, because this is No Backer Pawns after all.
Additionally, you can choose to block the ~15,500 "Name in Game" entries. This is off by default because they're less intrusive and 100x less common.
