Smart Ground Penetrating Scanner
This mod adjusts the scanner's logic to prioritize open ground. While it doesn't strictly disable mountain spawns, it significantly nudges the algorithm to favor tiles without overhead mountains. If a valid reachable spot exists, your scanner is much more likely to find it.
