Craftable Persona Subcores
Allows you to craft a Persona Subcore from VRE - Androids in the Android Bench.
Obviously requires you to have Biotech, Vanilla Expanded, and Vanilla Races Expanded - Androids, though you should already have those.
The recipe is 25 Plasteel, 15 Neutromine, and 5 Advanced Components. The craft time is also pretty huge too.
Warning: To craft these, the pawn you intend on crafting it must have a 15 in both crafting and intelligence, this means that you can't have a regular android by itself make one. You'd either need to somehow boost its crafting and intelligence.

For some more detailed information, this is entirely independent form of crafting from the normal subcore scanner method, this means you could make them from scratch without living beings.
