One thing that has always bugged me about RimWorld is the fact that deconstructing power conduits gives you nothing. It doesn't matter what conduit, either. Not a single bit of steel comes from power, waterproof, or even hidden conduits.
But with this simple XML patch, you can have your steel back!
All conduits give 100% of their steel back.
Steel is only refunded when the conduit is deconstructed, not destroyed.
Should be safe to add or remove mid-game.
