ELS and dual-tone siren
Full vehicle running lights, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, reverse light.
*more will probably be added to this, but it is INTENTIONALLY less equipped than the fire engine due to it being smaller*
More variants may follow such as a larger medical bed variant
