This is a improved version of the old Barge with added winches! You still need to spawn it at the waterline so it does not capsize. You can hook up containers or other things on the inner rope anchors. On the outer rope anchors and winches please attach to another ship,jetski,barge or a submarine if the cargo is secure. Please attach the cables provided and have great fun!
