VVE Recipe Compressor Patch

Patches Vanilla Vehicles Expanded to change the vehicle resource costs to only require raw resources instead of crafted parts. Because having to constantly queue up dozens of crafting bills to make otherwise useless resources is Not Fun in my eyes. Only patches Tier 1, 2 and 3 vehicles. Any vehicles from other mods are unaffected. For compatability reasons, the craftable car parts are not removed by this mod. Possibly Asked Questions -Does this even make sense? Not really. -Isn't this unbalanced? Sort of. You're still paying the full price for whatever vehicle you're building. The cheating comes from not having to build the garage bench, as well as not spending any time using it. The only thing that even I have a problem with is the conversion of Car Transmissions, since patching them out means that you don't need to have Advanced Fabrication researched to make the vehicles that use them anymore. -You converted some parts wrong for X vehicle, it's build cost is wrong. Send me your math and I'll look into it. All of the math was done with the assistance of a hastily written python script, the results of which I manually entered as patch operations, so there could be some human error involved. -Can you patch X mod as well? Likely won't, because I don't use any other vehicle framework mods beyond VVE, so there's little interest on my part. It shouldn't be too hard to do it yourself if you're willing to dig into XML editing though. Total time taken for mod making is at about 4 hours, with an additional hour being spent on uploading it to the workshop and writing the description.
