Civil War-Era Siege Artillery

Info:
A siege cannon, use it for your sieging of cities or to defend your shores, perhaps even use it as a field gun. Handles quite well on uneven ground, hard to fire on said uneven ground.
Loosely inspired by a union artillery peice.
Features:
-Can penetrate around 6 blocks
-Good range + accuracy
-No hand-loading
-Self-proppulsion
-Decent amount of rope anchors
-Battlecannon
Notes:
Doesnt have an actual way to load the cannon, you will thus need to enable infinite ammo.
