SRTS Patch - Loading Patch (Not required for 1.6)

Unfortunately, it seems like the original owner isn't updating the original mod anymore.
If using this on 1.5:
Allows you to change the loading contents after initially choosing what to load into the ships. Just like the vanilla transport pods allow you to do.
