Tested as fully working in 1.6 - REQUIRES IDEOLOGY DLC
Very, very basic mod.
All it does is remove the negative mood effect from butchering humanlike.
I have tested this as working with all ideology cannibalism precepts too.
Handy for mod packs where you need human meat to craft things, but don't want a colony of cannibals.
