Adds an Improvised artillery. Supports Muzzle Flash.
Hellcannon has a limited range (112 cells) and poor accuracy if you dont use a spotter. It is unlocked by researching IEDs.
The ammunition it fires (Blessed propane tank) can use 2 types: HE and Incendiary. HE filled rounds have an explosive power between 105mm and 155mm but has more fragments. Incendiaries are filled with Chemfuel and bursts in mid air enveloping a HUGE area in fire and chemfuel puddles.

Will there be a non-Combat Extended version?
Probably not, Im too lazy to make it. You can bug me on the discord if you made one and want to share it. I dont have a vendetta against non-Combat Extended users, but I don't make non-Combat Extended versions because of the same reason as why non-Combat Extended modders dont make a Combat Extended patch for their mods: I dont play without Combat Extended, so Im not motivated to make a non-Combat Extended version.
