The orc clans are proud, industrial-era rimworld denizens who heavily favor melee combat. Battle the orcs as raiders or become their trade partner and ally.
All genes are inheritable, and orcs are an available xenotype at colony start.

Yes, but you will need another way to spawn the faction bases for the Orc Clan. I recommend Vanilla Expanded Framework.

Yes, but your orc colonists will all become baseliners with extra genes.

No, this mod is just a new faction and xenotype.
