More Piercing Spine Genes
Adds the EMP spine and the DOOMspine, allowing pawns to expend hemogen to launch a emp blast spine, or a doomsday spine. Both of these retain the same range as a regular piercing spine.
Please note that the doomspine has the exact same properties as a doomsday rocket sans the range, meaning the blast is larger than the range. Plan accordingly when using it.
Also supposed to increase the potency of the vanilla spine in CE, but this does not appear to work at the current time.
