The Jester Light Scout Vehicle is designed to be an affordable, easily reparable and barebones scout vehicle with speed and limited firepower.

The Jester has 3 easy-access doors that work without power and provide access to logic and engine functions. Both side doors have fire extinguishers and repair torches in each of them. The Jester can sustain complete damage and be completely repaired in a small amount of time.
The operator is protected for up to direct heavy autocannon fire, and the Jester will continue to run until vital damage is taken to engine, weaponry or operator seat. Armour, repair torch, fire extinguisher, first aid kits and a pistol can be found in the cabin. Use the road gear for a slightly slower more controllable drive.
If damage is taken and the cabin door will not open, you can either shoot the pivot with your pistol and push it open, or use a welding torch on the back left wall of the cabin to repair the controller.
