The more alcohol a pawn drinks in Rimworld, the happier they get. It isn't like this for smokeleaf. This mod adds smokeleaf high tiers the same way there are multiple tiers of drunkedness.
Now, smoking more weed gets you higher just like in real life.
This is a def-only mod with no c# assemblies. I've had it in my personal mod list for hundreds of gameplay hours so it's refined enough to go on steam.
This is the most lightweight possible way to add multiple highness tiers to smokeleaf. This mod changes absolutely nothing else.
