Overview
If you don't like the fact that you can't escape medical procedure micromanagement in late game, this mod is for you.
If you're one of those people that savescum all your medical procedures until they succeed anyway, this mod is for you.
[b]This mod makes it so that if your medical care situation is really advanced, you can entirely avoid the random chance of surgery failures based on what the user-configurable settings are set to[/b]
This is not a surgery cheat mod. There are more effective medical cheating methods/mods out there if that's what you're looking for. Think of this as more of a late game micromanagement reduction mod.
What this mod does
In this game, there is always a nonzero surgery failure chance. It doesn't matter how advanced your medical technology is. It doesn't matter how expert your surgeon is. You can have the technology to defeat God himself and your level 20 doctor can still fail basic surgery. That may be realistic but late game Rimworld (and other similar games for that matter) become less and less playable the more micromanaging you still have to do.

[b]It is highly recommended that you open this mod's settings and configure it to your liking before using![/b]
Everyone has different preferences and this modifies a difficulty-effecting game mechanic. Personally, I set mine to 72% but most people should probably start with 92%. If people complain about it being unbalanced, I [b]will[/b] make a popup that bothers you about it if you haven't opened the mod settings window at least once. [b]YOU[/b], the user can control how overpowered or not this mod is.
tl;dr
tl;dr sliding the slider to the left makes surgeries easier, putting the slider all the way to the right makes surgeries more difficult.
Known issues
This mod can't patch android tiers to modify the android tiers surgery success chances. I have tried time and time again to hack into the system android tiers uses to manage surgery success rates to no avail. If I ever figure it out, I'll add it to the mod. [b]This mod can be run alongside android tiers no problems[/b] its just that I can't make it modify android surgeries.
