In the year of 2850 you and 7 others entered a vault to repopulate your world. For 50 years multiple vaults were made with the same mission to be reopen between 250 and 500 years, yours was suppose to open at the 500 year mark after you and everyone else were put into cryptosleep, simply because you and your vault colegues are nothing of special, welcome to the Omega Vaults, or so it was suppose to be.
Your vault only opened after 2650 years and the reason why its because after 400 years the plan to repopulate human life and fix the pollution failed.
While a lot of people outside the vault died, not everyone died, and the ones that survive became savage cannibals they overpowered everyone from the vaults and killed the ones who still had to wake up, at least they didn't feel the pain of death the masters and specialist suffered at the hand of the tribals and pirates when they were trying to make life easier for you and everyone that would wake up between the 450 and 500 year mark.
Your faction will be a New Tribe.

Ideology (if on): you can do whatever you want, but every other faction need to have the cannibal meme or have it as "preferred" if you can't add the meme.
The Archist ones don't need to be ok with cannibalism.

Tech: the reason why you are a tribe is because it doesn't start with electricity something you will need to research for because they are suppose to be your average Joe and so they know electricity exist but they don't know how it works to make it, not to say none of them are scientist:
