Custom voices lines for multiple HL1 Characters!

Each voice pack has neat flavor text when you hover over it in the mod options!
Two categories are added to the VAC mod options as well for HL1 and Opposing force
It also has a super cool custom mod icon you can see when the game is loading!

If the mod is not functioning properly, or you get error messages when a colonist is using this mod's voice lines, please report it! Mods cannot be fixed if the creator doesn't know something's wrong!
Be aware, I am a very very amateur modder, so I'm not as great at reading error logs as more experienced may be, I can't guarantee that I can solve it, but I will try my best!
