Vinrock's Ceramic Plate Armor
Adds a fragile but cheap alternative to Flak Vests. Notably, they are prone to shattering and can cause injury to the wearer when they break.
Starting at 80% durability, there is a 15% chance to shatter upon taking damage. The damage required to shatter is decreased as durability drops towards 50%, when it has a 97% chance to shatter.
Shattering will deal a random amount of cuts to the torso, which can be fatal, so be careful!

Plate Armor (Yeah I know that's not the right "plate" armor, but it feels bad to not have any "good" armor available until flak)
Please be patient with me, this is my first Rimworld mod, I do have a couple of ideas that I plan to work on.
Also, I am not an artist, so forgive the fact that it's just the flak vest sprite without the shoulder straps.

I believe it should work, despite the warning, it is mostly defs, though the shattering mechanic is new.
