Mobile Dobule-Stacking Gantry Crane MK1

Gantry crane (almost) capable of completely lifting two completely filled containers with water.
Designed to double stack trains, but can also be used to double stack trucks.
When double stacking, you can move the crane down onto the container for the top hardpoint to click in, so you get a little bit more clearance. (Only if you are moving two full diesel tanks or water tanks)
WIP:
* The PIDs for the up/down sliders are still a WIP, they are finnicky.
* Does not come with it's own power source, so limited battery power.
* The turning radius is not the best, but can be mitigated by fully opening (widening) the crane.
