Raiders will be able to spawn with the pill just like any other combat enhancing drugs. And will ingest upon entering the player map.
Then the pawn who ingested the pill will have roughly 30 hours until they perish.
Requires a skilled doctor and some glitterworld medicine to cure for the prisoners you really want to save.
