[*] Is this safe to add/remove mid game? No, I do not advise adding or removing large mods mid save.
[*] Is this compatible with World Tech Level? Yes, and I advise that you use them both in conjunction for the best playthrough.
[*] Does this replace everything? Constructs are separate research line from vanilla mechs. Sanguophage items are retextured and changed. Genetic buildings are separate except for Growth Vat due to being heavily hardcoded.
