This mod makes ideology easy! Moral guides can fully convert a pawn every 24h and conversion does not share cooldowns with other abilities. Conversion rituals are much more effective, and can be performed every 24 hours. Additionally, colonists are more likely to spontaneously convert fellow pawns when socializing, with higher conversion power.
