I am not pleased with how the sound turned out for when the mechanites spread from plant to plant.
[Edit 09/22] I have reworked the sounds entirely and are much more pleased with the result.
An affected plant will still be targeted for harvest by pawns on plant work duty even though it will already be harvested. This will likely never be fixed because I found no convenient way to trick the AI into not harvesting the plant without deliberately editing how the AI handles plant work. I suggest the "Toggle Harvest" mod to alleviate this issue.
Tree stumps will be harvested by the nanites if close enough to the field they were released into. The reason is because they are considered harvestable and do not have a weight specifier (trees have mass which crops don't). This is used as a differentiator to ensure the mod is compatible with modded crops. Mod compatibility has not been tested so feedback is welcome if you run into issues.
[Edit 09/01] I had accidentally made the item entirely unobtainable since it's not craftable and I had set the item to be sellable only. I have now included a patch to make it show up in traders and exotic goods traders will always carry at least one harvester capsule.
Imperial traders may or may never carry the item because I found no way to patch it in for them. Further testing is required.
[Edit 09/04] Thanks to @HomiMiMi for giving directions on where the Imperial Trader defs are located! I forgot that Royalty is a separate DLC. :P
