Repair Outside the Home Area
Command Pawns to repair buildings outside Home. (Breakdown buildings)

Features
Pawns can now repair components of broken buildings outside of the Home Area.
[b][u]Pawns still respect the Home Area[/u],[/b] but when you give them commands, they can replace components outside of it.
I made this change because so was annoyed by having to designate a Home Area for automatic door repairs.

Q: Can I add it to an ongoing save? / Can I remove it?
A: Yes / Yes
Q: Are there any incompatible mods?
A: Yes, but it has been patched so that there is no disruption to the game. Check the log.
Q: Is there any performance (TPS) impact?
A: No. There is no new logic; I simply inserted a 6-character condition check into RimWorld's existing logic.

Note:
If the broken buildings are outside the Home Area, you should manually issue commands to your Pawns.
On the other hand, inside the Home Area, Pawns themselves will automatically repair the buildings, just like before.
