Adds new mutant faction types similar to the Biotech faction types such as "Rough pig union", but these new faction types each generate a random xenotype for every playthrough.
You can now also use your custom xenotypes as the xenotype for a mutant faction! Click the dice icon next to a mutant faction on the world settings screen to do so.
