Adapts the vast majority of Royalty's abilitiesto the Biotech gene system without the use of psychofocus, neural heat or psychic sensitivity
This while serving to place these genes in less useful slaves to take advantage of them, also brings the disadvantages of not multiplying by psychic sensitivity
