Adding three new functional tiles to the game requested by SpaceGhost.
What it adds:
- Log floor: Pretty much a firehazerd, burns even in rain;
- Deep mud: Make the movement speed of anyone walking over it 30% of their normal speed;
- Decaying concrete: A floor that makes all the items on it deteriorate 5x faster;
