Mod Description
A small little patch mod designed to reduce the accessibility of psylinks through titles. You are now no longer entitled to magic power just because you gave a tour to some nobles.
Psylinks can still be obtained through all other vanilla methods, including attacking the bestower who presumably caries them just to taunt you.

Q: What does this mod do?
A: This mod removes the bestower ability to provide psylink levels to pawns.
Q: How does it work?
A: The mod deletes the attribute that sets the expected psylink level for titles.
Q: Why do you need this?
A: You don't, but personally I prefer psylinks to be rarer, especially with VPE and such.
Q: How do I get psylinks now?
A: Literally any other method from vanilla, or install a craftable psylink mod (I like the shard one)
Q: Is it compatible with <insert mod>?
A: I have no idea but I would assume so as long as this patch isn't overwritten.
Bug Reports
While it is unlikely there will be any traditional bugs due to the nature of the patch, it is known that several in-game descriptions still reference psylinks where they should not. If you can find one of these and identify the def it is coming from I will happily correct it. Additionally, should any future update break the defs associated with this mod, please let me know so I can update them accordingly.
If you have any issues with mod compatibility feel free to let me know but I will not promise to fix them. I'm busy and unfortunately do not have the time to make integrate this mod with every other mod in existence.
