[TGH] Soul Gems of Cyrodiil
Adding in Soul Gems, Welkynd Stones, and Varla Stones - as seen in Bethesda Softwork's Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion!
These three items do the same things: they help your pawns feel more awake, boost their psyfocus, and help them dissipate neural heat more quickly.

- Creating enchantment "implants" that give your pawns abilities or buffs?
- Different tiers of enchantments, based off which type of soul gem you use?
