The idea behind this scenario is for a moderately-prepared established community to start in a mild and friendly environment. This will hopefully allow for a quicker base setup, to then be prepared for a brutal turn of events in this horifying Rimworld.
Perfect scenario for a conservationalist or non-violent cult ideology, or even a drug-fuelled colony that want more of an event-based challenge, rather than the typical war and raid occurences.
