Imoca open 70 High performance Racing Yacht
This is the Imoca open 70 high performance racing yacht. A fictional yacht based off of the Imoca 60 of the Open class developed by the international Monohull open class association, handful of words right there. It is 69.something something foot from bowsprit to stern. Used in endurance solo or duo racing such as the vendee globe. Except this boat has no Foils.

This boat keeps surprising me with how fast it can go, i initially thought 30 knots was the top speed when first building/testing this boat, and then after enough sailing and modifications I pushed her up to 40 knots, where i thought that this new blistering top speed was the max. And now with even more testing I pushed her up to 50 knots, so if you can get her to go faster, please let me know I would be delighted to hear it. :)
Caution
- Works best in 20-40% winds
- And need to be cautious with the Jib and the Genoa Up at the same time, when the Jib Car has reached the Top of the mast you need to hold it just slightly below the Genoa Car otherwise they will clip into each other.
- Also need to just click the Genoa and Jib Stow buttons once on and off to release the sails when spawning the boat.
