You can upgrade Paniel of Normal or higher quality to a superior quality.
Create upgrade kits at the Automaton Fabrication Bench and select the upgrade option from the surgery tab.
Poor quality or below, as well as Test subjects, are not eligible for upgrades.

This mod was forgotten in the middle of its development when 1.5 and Anomaly were released, and I suddenly remembered it just now, so I dug it up from the grave. According to the 1.5 PLAN thread on the original workshop page, it seems that the new Paniel can have its parts swapped to improve its quality, so I’ll go ahead and bury this mod back in the 1.4 grave.
