Better cold insulation for plate armor
A simple patch who increase the 'Insulation - Cold' stat of plate armor by 6.5 times.
The metallic plate armor go from 3°C to 19.5°C (less than marine armor, almost a wool jacket).
The wooden plate armor go from 8°C to 52°C (a wool parka).
