[kik] Public Security Special Mechanized Unit adds a new hostile faction:
The Public Security Special Mechanized Unit, equipped with apparel from the above prerequisite MOD.
🚨 Public Security Special Mechanized Unit
A special mechanized task force within Public Security, with their limbs and both eyes fully cyberized.
Known as “Tokki”, they are formed under the assumptions of:
overwhelming numerical force,
rigorous unified training,
and deployment into extremely hazardous operations.
Always standing at the front lines, they eventually came to be known on the field as
“The Hounds of Hell.”
🌌 Lore
A diplomatic vessel carrying senior Cabinet officials suddenly vanished in the Rim sector.
Its trajectory was cut short—no distress signal, no wreckage, nothing.
The incident was treated as a critical national emergency that could shake the country’s prestige.
Deploying the military would ignite international tensions—
so the Cabinet established a front company to bypass external oversight,
publicly framing the operation as a “civilian search-and-rescue.”
Behind the curtain, however, the Public Security Special Mechanized Unit was deployed covertly.
Their mission was singular:
—Determine the whereabouts of the missing officials and prevent a national crisis.
All necessary actions would be treated as
“legitimate measures for national security.”
What they witnessed on this planet,
what choices they made—
all of it remains buried under strict secrecy.

This MOD incorporates elements from the worlds of Jin-Roh and Ghost in the Shell, both of which I greatly admire.
It requires Jin-Roh Kerberos Panzer Cop Armor (Continued) as a prerequisite.

I will promptly remove the corresponding parts from public release.
