Biocode Reformatter rework for Harder Gear Looting
A small overhaul of the Biocode Reformatter from Harder Gear Looting.
A brief list of changes:
- Renamed the Biocode Reformatter to Bioformatter, mostly to fit alongside other biocoding-related items from mods like the Vanilla Expanded series. I've also rewritten the description of the item while I was at it.
- Retextured the Bioformatter with new sprites made by me.
- Added a new post-fabrication research project which unlocks the Bioformatter. It was previously just unlocked with Advanced Fabrication, now there's a dedicated research project for it.
- Tweaked the recipe for the Bioformatter. It's now cheaper, requiring 8 components instead of an advanced component, but more laborious to make. I also reduced the crafting skill requirement to 10 from 15.
- Added mod integration. Bioformatters can now be bought from the deserter network from VFE - Deserters and count as contraband.
