This is a complex aircraft, reading the manual will be very helpful.
The Center pylon, and two inner wing pylons are compatible with external fuel tanks.
the center pylon isnt EHCS compatible, the seperate button must be used to release the fuel tank, it is not meant for weaponry.
please try and read the manual before resorting to commenting the build has an issue.
Aircraft Backround
After the personal fail that was the Deimos Dynamics F14D, the crew at deimos wanted a lightweight purpose-built air superiority fighter,
The Deimos F14D proved to be problematic, and had an ugly interior, it was a flying technology demonstration
The backseat of the Deimos F15EX was removed due to budget constraints
Real History
The F15 was first made in response to the Soviet MIG-25 Foxbat which at the time was percieved as a soviet superfighter. and losses of aircraft in the in the late 60's.
Years later, it still held up as one of the best airframes of the USAF and took on multirole and strike abilities.
F15EX was created to replace the US Airforces aging fleet of old F15's, they were old and fatigued and began showing their age as an early 4th gen fighter.
the F15EX was built with modern 4.5 generation defenses in mind, with Electronic warfare and adjustments to lower the radar cross section.

Radar Operation
The Rythena TWS radar within this aircraft shows a radar scope, the circle in the middle is the nose of the aircraft.
to lock a target, you look at the direction of your enemy and press 1. the target should light up green on the TWS screen.
This radar is used for guiding SARH/Radio guided missiles. These are a complicated weapon and aren't required for proper aircraft function
The AN-APG-7 Targeting mode switches the missile targeting from a short range (2.2km) to a long range (20km TWS) mode, you cannot fire SARH missiles at targets on the TWS screen unless this is turned on.
Rythena Electronic Warfare Operation
!!!DISCLAIMER!!! This is a complicated feature of the aircraft.
On the right side, there are two instrument panels dedicated to electronic warfare, the panel further away from the pilot is the control for the "Sniffer" the radio sniffer searches a long range of frequencies until it finds one. If the jammer is active the plane will jam this frequency.
The panel closer to the pilot is what controls the jammer antenna.
This jammer is capable of jamming certain datalinks available across the workshop.
To jam the datalinks, enable search datalinks. whilst the jammer is active.
The screen on the right displays a white line in the approximate direction of the frequency found by the sniffer.
When the "Jammer Active" switch is flipped. the plane will jam the found frequency of the sniffer.

Notes
The "locktone" switch, simply enables a buzzer when the short range radar has a lock. (2.2km)
The orange light above you on the HUD displays when the radar is locking/hitting something.
The airbrake simply just reduces the gearing for the ducted fans. and enables a motor that spins them backwards, this is useful for taxiing backwards.
the SARH guidance only works with a specific frequency. this frequency can be found in the constant number linked to
The tgp is the NNTC Kitty cat laser pointer
The hydraulics switch simply activates a relay for the fins electricity.
No. the radar and radio screen are NOT touch screen.
The external fuel tanks tend to start draining slower than the internal fuel tank once a certain fuel level is reached.
The Center hardpoint is NOT EHCS compatible.
The radar is the RYTHENA AN-APG7, it is both a search and attack radar
