Small tug boat built with a large pre-fab engine
Startup Procedure:
1. Ensure engine throttle is raised (Default starts at 0.5)
2. Press engine starter button until engine runs
Shutdown Procedure:
1. lower engine throttle to 0 and wait for engine to die
in order to idle, reduce the propeller pitch to 0, engine may be left running
