OSJB (Offshore Sub Jet Boat) by Profit
This creation is a boat, submarine and a plane. its also what i am calling a hybrid-hydrofoil design for surface driving.
cruising speed at 5000m is 200 knots - thats right 5000m, fuel range at this altitude is around 200 miles

1. Turn On Main Systems Switch above driving position. Key in the ON position for engines, and in the OFF position for electric motors for slower submerged travel.
2. Set temp on Climate control
3. w/s is forward and back. a/d is steering
4. for diving or flying engage the Flight/Dive mode by pressing the trigger(Space).
5. for diving, toggle the dive doors button (Above right from driving position) and set desired depth in negative meters. Then toggle the Alt Hold Button next to the Alt keypad(Above right)
6. Disengage the Dive Doors once the ballast has filled to achieve neutral buoyancy. If you would like to ascend unassisted by engines or motors, disengage the Flight/Dive mode - this will initiate the bilge pumps to pump out all water from the ballast area - be sure to disengage the dive doors if you intend to do this.
7 To fly this Pelican first you will need water in the Ballast. For guaranteed success taking to the sky, ensure Flight/Dive Mode is engaged. Starting at -20 to -30 meters Deep, open the Throttle to Full and at a speed greater than 75 km/h, set the desired altitude to 20 or greater. Set the autopilot and go Have Fun
