This is the Veltara, a fictional saloon from the fictional motor manufacturer Yamashiro Motors.
Repainting is possible by colour replacement. However, as there are transparent blocks, it's easier to open the XML file and replace "FAFAFA" with your desired colour.
Mod parts are not used, but blocks that have undergone XML editing are utilised.
There are no particular restrictions on usage (such as crashing, destroying, etc.)
