Arakkoa Race

Adds the Arakkoa race from Blizzard's World of Warcraft. Includes a playable Arakkoa race faction, a friendly tribal Arakkoa faction and an optional enemy tribal Arakkoa faction. Also, naturally, contains Arakkoa backstories :) Includes the Cursed Arakkoa xenotype for owners of the Biotech DLC This mod is intended to be simple and vanilla-friendly, just like the average race mod but with our favourite anthro avians. That is to say, the "point" of this race mod is to allow for roleplaying. From the technical view, this race mod uses Humanoid Alien Races's systems to implement the Arakkoa as a species distinct from vanilla humans.
